Jerry Hasanovic

Jerry has earned his undergraduate degree in accounting from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, VA and his masters of taxation from Robert Morris University in Pittsburgh, PA. 

Jerry has helped many clients across a variety of industries buy and sell their businesses while ensuring confidentiality every step of the way.  Being a CPA and a business broker gives him some advantages when it comes to tax liability mitigation,  sales price allocation, and projecting the net proceeds for clients so they know the true take-home after all expenses of selling the business.
